Privacy policy

This page explains what information yai-soft.com collects and what we do with it. We collect only what we need to reply to you.

The contact form

When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you gave one) and your message. It reaches us as an email to our inbox and is used only to reply to you and handle your request. We don't keep it in a database on the site, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

Providers that process data

• Cloudflare carries and protects traffic to the site, and provides the Turnstile security check on the form and the visit counts.
• Resend delivers the email with your form details to us.
• Zoho Mail is the mailbox where the messages are kept.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising tools. To know how many people visit, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and page load times without cookies and without identifying you. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated form submissions and isn't kept beyond that.

To see or delete your information, ask us through the contact form.
